Client Brief

EzyEats is a food truck park business based in Sunbury, Victoria, offering vibrant dining experiences with a variety of food vendors across multiple locations. As their marketing partner, I was tasked with building their online presence from the ground up, which included managing social media, creating a website, optimizing Google My Business (GMB), and generating leads for vendor spaces to support their growth.

Challenges

Before working with me, EzyEats struggled with a lack of direction for their marketing strategy and limited time to manage an online presence while launching the business. They also faced challenges in reaching the right local audience to drive foot traffic and attract new vendors, all while trying to establish themselves in a competitive market.

What we did

We crafted and implemented a tailored social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, achieving over 250,000 organic views in under three months. I designed and launched a website from the ground up, attracting 3,000 active users, 13,000 impressions, and 2,000 clicks within the same period. Additionally, I set up and optimised their Google My Business, gaining over 10,000 views and appearing in 3,000 searches. To drive growth, I listed vendor spaces on Facebook Marketplace to attract new food trucks and successfully promoted and organised events like Halloween and Grand Opening nights, boosting engagement and foot traffic.
